Lawra Gourgue

Lawra Gourgue, M.S has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lawra started their career as a Production Intern at Firelight Media & Films in 2018. Lawra then worked as a Medical Billing Assistant at Midwood Ambulance Service and as a Librarian of Tomorrow Intern at Brooklyn Public Library. In 2019, they joined Trinity Wall Street as a Youth Documentary Producer and later moved on to Trinity Church Wall Street as an Audio Visual Technician. Lawra also worked as a Counseling Center Student Assistant at Pace University during this time. In 2020, Lawra worked as a Second Assistant Director and an Associate Producer at To The Fireflies Film LLC. In 2021, they joined Peloton Interactive as a Seasonal Production Technician and later became a Technical Director. Additionally, Lawra served as a Creative Director in 2022 and currently holds the position of Video and Digital Media Engineer at Trinity Church Wall Street. Most recently, they became the Director of Photography at Roundabout Theatre Company in 2023.

Lawra Gourgue, M.S completed a Master of Science degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from The New School from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Pace University between 2019 and 2021. Their earlier education includes attending Brooklyn College from 2016 to 2019, though the specific degree and field of study are unknown. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as T4: Photoshop and T4: Summer Institute from the Brooklyn Public Library in October 2017.
