Annie Rew Shaw

Annie Rew Shaw is a multifaceted UK artist, producer, and songwriter known for the musical project Austel, which features a blend of ethereal vocals and cinematic textures within the alt-pop genre. Currently serving as the Studios Technical Coordinator at Roundhouse Trust since August 2023, Annie has also worked as an Artist/Producer with Austel since January 2018, drawing inspiration from notable artists like Eva Cassidy and Bon Iver. Annie's experience includes freelance piano and singing instruction, live sound engineering at Anvil Audio, administrative assistance at Lateral Life, content writing for Women's Music News, and social media management for HomeOwners Alliance. Annie holds a Master of Arts in Music Technology from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, achieved in August 2023, and previously attended Queen Elizabeth's Community College from 2005 to 2012.
