Managing Director of the Cameron Mackintosh group of companies, which includes eight West End theatres and Music Theatre International. Joined Cameron Mackintosh in 1981 as the Executive Producer for Cats and subsequently for such shows as Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, The Phantom of the Opera, Oliver!, Mary Poppins and Hamilton. Executive Producer of the Oscar winning feature film of Les Misérables. Patron of Shakespeare Schools Festival, Chairman of the Soho Theatre, Managing Trustee of the Mackintosh Foundation and a UK Business Ambassador for the Prime Minister’s Office. Awarded an OBE for services to theatre and charity by the Queen in 2014.
