Greg Zavorotniy

Greg Zavorotniy has worked in a variety of roles in the finance and investment industry since 2005. Greg began their career as an Analyst at Citi Group in 2005, then moved to Deutsche Bank as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst in 2006. In 2007, they became an M&A Associate at Renaissance Capital, followed by a role as Director at Atherra Capital in 2008. In 2009, they became a Director at Clarity Capital, where they managed M&A and equity transactions, sourced new opportunities, and was a board member and CFO of the portfolio companies and charitable foundation. In 2017, they co-founded RoundPier, and in 2021 they became a Board Member at Roofit.solar and an Investment Management at BayWa r.e. Energy Ventures.

Greg Zavorotniy received their MA in Statistics from Columbia University in 2004 and their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Economics from Boston University.
