Donneesha Spruill

Donneesha Spruill has a diverse and extensive work experience. Donneesha started their career as a Customer Service Representative at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation in November 2014. Over the years, they held various roles within the company, including Customer Advocate, Training Coordinator, Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Advocate Supervisor, and Customer Service Manager. In March 2022, they were promoted to Assistant Vice President - Customer Service, and later, in September 2022, they became Assistant Vice President - Default Contact Center.

Prior to joining RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation, Donneesha worked as a Mortgage Loan Consultant at NACA from February 2012 to November 2014.

Donneesha Spruill obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sociology from Bowie State University. Donneesha attended the university from 2007 to 2011.
