Prior to this role, Michal held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Panorama Software from October 2008 to June 2021, overseeing global financial and operational aspects and managing a diverse team across multiple countries. Michal's career also includes serving as Financial Controller at Radcom, where expertise in network intelligence solutions for telecom operators was developed, and as Auditing Manager at KPMG Israel, leading audits for prominent clients in the hi-tech sector. Michal holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from The College of Management Academic Studies.
