Ashley Kumpula

Ashley Kumpula has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashley currently holds the position of QA Engineer at Firespring since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Client Fulfillment Operations Manager at Firespring from September 2021 to August 2022, where they played a key role in improving quality and efficiency across all aspects of Firespring fulfillment.

Ashley also has extensive experience at Firespring in different roles. From February 2018 to January 2021, they were a Senior Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts. Before that, they served as an Account Manager from September 2015 to February 2018, and as a Marketing Coordinator from February 2015 to September 2015.

Additionally, Ashley worked at Williams Group as a Practice Director EHR & Practice Coach from August 2014 to February 2015. In this role, they oversaw marketing materials development, provided reports on campaign results, and lectured about social media marketing best practices. Ashley also worked as a Social Media/Content Specialist at Williams Group from March 2014 to August 2014, where they created and posted content, developed social media marketing strategies, and monitored trends.

Before joining Williams Group, Ashley worked at Snitily Carr as a Copy Editor/Proofreader from March 2013 to January 2014. Their responsibilities included editing and proofreading marketing materials, maintaining style guides, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high-quality results.

Ashley's earlier experience includes working as a Publication Editor for First Glimpse Magazine at Sandhills Publishing from November 2007 to March 2013. Ashley organized and built content for the magazine, supervised the writing staff, and developed client relationships. Prior to this, they worked as a Computer Publications Copy Editor at Sandhills Publishing from November 2005 to November 2007.

Ashley's career began at KOLN/KGIN-TV, where they held various roles from 2002 to 2005. Ashley served as a Morning & Noon Show Director from May 2005 to November 2005 and as a Weekend Director & Audio Visual Specialist from January 2005 to May 2005. Ashley started as a Production Assistant & Assistant Director from April 2002 to January 2005, where they operated cameras, created graphics, directed pre-produced spots, and assisted with newscast segments.

Ashley Kumpula attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Journalism degree. Their focus of study was in Broadcast Journalism.
