Bruce Coufal

Bruce Coufal began their work experience as a Mathematics Teacher at Bishop Neumann High School in 1995. Bruce taught various math subjects for four years before transitioning to a new role at Snitily Carr in 1999. At Snitily Carr, Bruce served as the Director of Operations for over 15 years. In 2015, they joined Firespring as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, Bruce oversees recruiting and onboarding processes, manages HRIS system and payroll duties, and works closely with leadership to ensure a thriving work culture for all team members.

Bruce Coufal earned their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1985 to 1991.
