Nina Reinick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nina started their career at the University of Nebraska Lincoln, where they worked as an Instructional Assistant Internship for a short period. Nina then joined the University's Arts & Science Online Testing Center as a Proctor from 2006 to 2009. In 2007, Nina also worked as a Campus Representative for CSTV.

In 2009, Nina transitioned into the corporate sector and joined Firespring as a Seminar Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for inviting and engaging prospects to attend educational seminars, introducing company products and services to prospective clients, and scheduling demonstration appointments for company sales executives. Nina later transitioned to the role of Inside Sales Account Executive.
