Maud Kerdelhué

Maud Kerdelhué is currently the Managing Director at RoundShield since April 2015. Prior to this role, Maud worked as an M&A Analyst at Houlihan Lokey from August 2013 to April 2015, and at Lazard Frères from January 2012 to August 2013. Maud also gained experience as an M&A Intern at Lazard Frères and Calyon. Maud holds a Master In Management Grande Ecole degree in Finance from ESCP Business School, earned between 2007 and 2011.
