Sevaan Franks is the co-founder and CPO of Roundtrip. Sevaan has also worked for Ford Motor Company, Mozilla, Vital Insights, and Public Health Ontario.
Franks started their career in 2006 as a business analyst and user interface designer for Infonaut Inc. Sevaan then moved to Public Health Ontario in 2009, where they worked as a business analyst and user interface designer. In 2012, they became the UX lead at Vital Insights.
In 2013, Franks joined Mozilla as a staff product/UX designer for Firefox. Sevaan remained with the company until 2018 when they left to join Ford Motor Company. During their time at Ford, Franks built Jelly Scooters, an electric scooter sharing service that was launched at Purdue University. Sevaan then worked on research and discovery around new mobility services in cities. In 2019, they left Ford to co-found Roundtrip.
Sevaan Franks majored in anthropology at York University. They then went on to pursue a career in the field of anthropology, working as a researcher and writer.
