John Gorman

John Gorman is the founder and Chairman of Nightingale Partners LLC, a venture fund focused on investing in social determinants of health alongside insurers and providers. With extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Gorman serves on the Board of Directors for Roundtrip, a national provider of non-urgent medical transportation services, and is a Board Member for Health Alliance Plan, with a tenure extending to September 2025. Additionally, Gorman acts as a Strategic Advisor for CINQCARE, where counsel has been provided in managing the Dual Eligible Special Needs Plan line of business. Previous roles include serving on the Medicaid Advisory Board for Icario, providing strategic advice to NationsBenefits, advising Premier Inc.'s Population Health Collaborative, and leading Gorman Health Group, LLC. Gorman's early career includes a position as Assistant Director at the Office of Managed Care within the US Health Care Financing Administration. Gorman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from Oberlin College.
