Leslie Bugg has over ten years of experience in customer success and account management. Leslie began their career in 2011 as a Customer Service Representative at VCS - Vendor Credentialing Service. In addition to this role, they also served as an Executive Assistant and an Implementation Specialist. In 2015, Leslie took on a Project Intern role at the YMCA of El Paso. In 2016, Leslie joined RADARS System as an Account Manager and was a member of the Research Development Safety Committee/Research Department Quality Committee. In 2019, Leslie became the Customer Support Manager/Executive Assistant at Pat Green Heating & Cooling in Panama City, FL. Most recently, in 2020, Leslie joined Scivera as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they engage with prospects and existing clients to explore how Scivera can be their partner for chemical management solutions, drives and assists sales by responding to support inquiries, and suggests and implements company infrastructure for the Customer Success department. Leslie will be joining Roundtrip in 2022 as a Customer Success Associate.

Leslie Bugg completed a Bachelor's of Science in Public Health from American Public University in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in Public Health from the same institution in 2015.
