James C. Bowers

James C. Bowers is an accomplished lawyer with extensive experience in land use law. Bowers has been with Rouse Frets White Goss Gentile Rhodes, P.C. since October 2018 and has been a lawyer and owner at White Goss Bowers March Schulte & Weisenfels since June 2000. Prior experience includes serving as a partner at Polsinelli Shughart from June 1984 to June 2000 and as Deputy City Attorney for the City of Kansas City, Missouri from June 1972 to June 1984, where representation included various city committees and departments. Bowers holds a BS and JD in Public Administration and Law from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has a strong educational background, including attendance at Missouri Western State University and service in the US Army.
