Palace Peng

Palace Peng has a diverse work experience in various industries and positions. In 2005, they worked as a Supervisor of Sales & Marketing Dept. at Hanjin Shipping, where they managed key customers and developed strong relationships. They then moved on to AIDA ENGINEERING Ltd., where they served as Secretary to the General Manager, handling administrative tasks and government-related affairs. In 2010, they became a Category Manager at Tianyu Commercial Plaza Co., Ltd., responsible for leasing, negotiation, and brand development. Palace Peng then joined UCLan Technology (Shenzhen) Ltd. in 2011 as the General Manager, overseeing the overall operation and development of the company. In 2018, they took on the role of General Manager of the Tech Transfer Center at Shenzhen Yitian Emerging Industry Group Co., Ltd., where they formulated business strategies and expanded customer sources. Since 2019, Palace Peng has been the Director of Innovation, Investment, and Alliance at Rouse, providing consultancy services for international companies seeking opportunities in China.

Palace Peng received a research doctorate degree in Doctorate of Business Administration from Durham University during the years 2017 to 2023. Prior to that, Palace completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business & Management at the University of Central Lancashire from 2009 to 2010. Palace's undergraduate education was undertaken at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from 2005 to 2009. Lastly, Palace Peng earned a diploma in Business English from Shenzhen Polytechnic between the years 2002 and 2005.
