Vivian Yau

Vivian Yau currently serves as the Assistant IP Manager at Rouse since August 2022, specializing in intellectual property across Hong Kong and Mainland China. Prior to this role, Vivian was the Group Legal Manager at Emperor Group from August 2021 to July 2022 and completed a traineeship as a Solicitor at Wilkinson & Grist from August 2019 to July 2021, focusing on areas including real estate, company and commercial law, and litigation. Vivian also gained experience as a Legal Intern in the Compliance Department at Alibaba Group in mid-2017. Vivian holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws and a Bachelor's Degree in Government and Laws from The University of Hong Kong, alongside participation in an exchange programme at Peking University and Sciences Po.
