John Gardner

John Gardner is a seasoned professional in veteran initiatives and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, currently serving as the Manager of Veterans Initiatives at Roush since February 2018. In this role, John focuses on employment opportunities for transitioning service members, philanthropy supporting veteran organizations, partnerships with local entities to enhance employment chances, and serving as a resource for veterans within the company. John’s extensive experience includes being a Managing Partner at Precision Consulting Services and the Director of the Veteran Services Department in Wayne County, Michigan. Previous roles include Program Manager for military hiring at Quicken Loans and a 24-year career in the United States Air Force, with a proven track record in project management and recruitment. John holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Arizona and additional degrees from Ashford University and the Community College of the Air Force.
