Kevin McLoughlin

Kevin McLoughlin brings extensive experience in operations and product management within the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations for ROUSH Industries since January 2024. Previously, Kevin held various leadership roles at Roush Performance Products, including Portfolio Director and Director of Product Strategy, overseeing product lifecycles and implementation from concept to end-of-life across diverse vehicle platforms. With a foundational career starting at American Speed Company and American Specialty Cars, Kevin has managed numerous vehicle development programs and has comprehensive expertise in profit/loss operations, technical design, and manufacturing. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University, a Master's in Automotive Engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA in Management from Webster University.
