Lou Manolias

Lou Manolias currently serves as Commodity Manager II at Roush, where responsibilities include leading purchasing for Roush Performance commodities and managing day-to-day purchasing interactions with executive management for the Carbon Robotics Project. With extensive experience in defense program management and a strong understanding of relevant regulations, Lou successfully launched the AM General Ambulance Defense Program. A skilled negotiator, Lou ensures adherence to contract development and business relations while effectively communicating with internal stakeholders to meet product deadlines. Previous roles include positions at Navistar Defense, Dynamic Technology Solutions, Tenneco, Yazaki North America, Quality Metalcraft, and TRAM - Tokai Rika. Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, as well as two MBA degrees in Business and Finance from Walsh College.
