Oksana Adian

Oksana Adian has extensive experience in tax management and consulting, having held significant positions in prominent organizations. As Deputy Global CFO for Corporate Structuring, M&A and Tax at Roust from November 2017 to May 2021, Oksana managed the worldwide tax function and focused on compliance and business optimization for tax efficiency. Prior to this role, Oksana served as Deputy Tax Director at EY and gained expertise in International Tax Services from March 2013 to October 2017. Oksana's earlier experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at KPMG, where consulting on international taxation for multinational corporations was key, and as a Lawyer at Tax&Finance&HR, focusing on legal and tax aspects of international business activity. Oksana holds an Executive Digital MBA in Business Transformation & Digitalization from MAIL.RU and a law degree from Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
