Jarkko Hämäläinen

Jarkko Hämäläinen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jarkko is currently the Co-Founder and Board Member of Routa Digital, a company they founded in 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy Officer and Mentor at Infrakit, an industry-disrupting digital platform for infrastructure construction productivity, from June 2020.

In April 2020, Hämäläinen founded and served as the CEO of True Routa, providing expertise in building start-ups and running global projects. Jarkko also founded and served as the CEO of Leading Edge Mentoring Ltd since January 2014, mentoring executives in disruptive change, digital transformation, and global growth.

Hämäläinen has a strong background in technology as well. Jarkko founded and served as the Founder & Chairman of 3CTOS, providing consulting services in complex ICT architecture, new business ideas, and platform selection. Jarkko also co-founded and served as the Co-founder & CDO of Neosmart Health Ltd, which built a patient care platform based on personalized and preventive healthcare.

Furthermore, Hämäläinen founded Tridify Ltd, a company that combines game technologies for traditional businesses, where they served as the Founder & CEO. Jarkko has experience in mentoring, having been the Leading Mentor and Senior Mentor at CxO Mentor, where they mentored leaders in strategic development and powerful leadership methods.

One of Hämäläinen's notable experiences was at Nokia, where they served as a Senior Business Program Manager and Senior Program Manager. Jarkko headed the Global Online Sales Platform initiative and led the development and deployment of Nokia.com.

Before Nokia, Hämäläinen worked at Kelly Computer Systems as the Head of Consulting and Senior Consultant.

Jarkko Hämäläinen's education history began in 1992 when they attended Äänekosken Lukio, where they completed their Matriculation examination in Mathematics. Jarkko then went on to attend RUK, the Reserve Officer School, from 1995 to 1996, where they studied Engineering. In 1997, Jarkko enrolled at JAMK University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and also studied Business Administration. Jarkko completed their Bachelor's degree in 2001. Jarkko continued their education at HAMK University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2010, earning a Master's of Engineering degree with a specialization in Strategic Leadership.
