Damian C.

Damian C. has a strong background in IT and has held various roles throughout their career. Damian is currently the Director of IT at Routable since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at BlockFi as a Senior IT Manager from October to November 2021, as an IT Manager from November 2020 to October 2021, and as a System Engineer from August to November 2020.

Before joining BlockFi, Damian worked at Funding Circle US as the Global Information Technology Manager from August 2019 to September 2020. In this role, they managed a global IT subdepartment and implemented the SnipeIT system for managing IT Inventory. Damian also served as the IT Team Lead from June to August 2019 and as a Senior IT Support Engineer from November 2018 to June 2019.

Prior to Funding Circle US, Damian worked at EverOps as a Service Desk Engineer from December 2017 to November 2018. Damian provided IT, AV, and communications systems support to clients and managed the service desk.

Damian also gained experience at Zynga as a Desktop Support Technician from October 2016 to August 2017, where they provided support for both PCs and Macs in a mixed platform environment. Before that, they worked at Sensity Systems as a Service Desk Engineer from October 2015 to April 2016, providing IT support for the entire company.

Damian's early career includes roles at if(we) as a Desktop Support Technician from August 2014 to October 2015, where they supported employees in an Apple-based environment, and at Walmart eCommerce as a Client Services Analyst from August 2013 to June 2014, where they provided remote support for OS X issues.

In addition, Damian had an internship at Zynga as a Desktop Support Technician from February to July 2012. In this role, they used the Jira ticketing system and performed basic user administration using Active Directory Users and Computer MMC.

Damian C. completed a certification in Information Technology from Year Up in the year 2012. Damian then obtained a Certificate of Accomplishment in the Fundamentals of Technical Support from City College of San Francisco in 2013. Following that, they earned another Certificate of Accomplishment in the Fundamentals of Networking from the same institution, City College of San Francisco, in 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Damian has obtained several certifications. In June 2020, they completed the "Managing Globally" and "Negotiating Your Compensation Package" certifications from LinkedIn. In February 2019, they earned the "AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Furthermore, in October 2021, Damian became a Notary Public for The State of California.
