Furthermore, they served as a Supervisor at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA Program) from December 2013 to April 2015, where they provided tax assistance to low-income taxpayers and supervised the tax site.

Jessica Morales completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge in the years 2012-2016. Jessica then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Diego State University from 2018-2020. In May 2020, they obtained their MBA certification from San Diego State University.
