Jessica Morales, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Jessica is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Routable since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Portfolio Accountant at Thrive Communities from October 2020 to September 2021, where they were responsible for various accounting processes, supervised and trained community managers, and supported the Director of Accounting with side projects.

Jessica also worked as a Consulting Advisor at SDSU Research Foundation from October 2019 to May 2020, where they directly interacted with start-up businesses in San Diego, guided research teams, and provided business solutions.

Before that, they had a temporary role as a Property Accountant at Realty Income Corporation from May 2019 to August 2019.

Jessica started their career at Deloitte US, where they worked as an Audit Senior Assistant from September 2016 to December 2017, and earlier as an Audit Intern from June 2015 to August 2015. At Deloitte, they worked on high-profile audit engagements, exercised professional skepticism, and designed and executed audit procedures.

Jessica also gained experience as an Accounting Assistant Intern at ISTax Accounting & Tax Solutions from January 2013 to June 2015, where they interacted with clients, performed tax preparation, and handled bookkeeping tasks.

Furthermore, they served as a Supervisor at Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA Program) from December 2013 to April 2015, where they provided tax assistance to low-income taxpayers and supervised the tax site.

Jessica also attended the Moss Adam LLP Summer Leadership Conference in July 2014. Overall, Jessica Morales has demonstrated their skills and expertise in various roles, ranging from accounting and auditing to customer success and business consulting.

Jessica Morales completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge in the years 2012-2016. Jessica then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from San Diego State University from 2018-2020. In May 2020, they obtained their MBA certification from San Diego State University.
