Tim Minnakhmetov

Tim Minnakhmetov's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Software QA Tester at 9 AM. In this role, they studied various data elements used by the front end and developed realistic test data. Tim also tracked bugs and reported issues using the redmine bug tracking system and identified mobile browser UI defects.

In 2015, Tim joined DEFY Media as a QA Engineer and stayed with the company until 2017.

Following their time at DEFY Media, Tim worked as a QA Engineer at MINDBODY, Inc. from 2017 to 2017 before joining Appetize as a Lead QA Engineer in 2017. At Appetize, they led the QA team.

In 2018, Tim started working at Dave as a QA Engineer before being promoted to Senior QA Automation Engineer and then Lead QA Automation Engineer. At Dave, they led a team of 10 QA engineers, coordinated their work, and built and maintained a mobile CI/CD pipeline using CircleCI and later updated it to GitHub Actions. Tim also managed and maintained Android and iOS build distribution and continuous delivery.

In 2021, Tim transitioned to Routable as a Software QA Manager before becoming the Director of Quality Assurance Engineering. In this role, they built a team of 13 QA Engineers, SDETs, and QA managers and oversaw all aspects of quality assurance and testing for multiple projects. Tim implemented best practices and processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and successful project completion. Additionally, Tim implemented a career map, skill matrix, and growth plans for the QA team, improving clarity for career development and employee satisfaction.

Currently, Tim Minnakhmetov holds the position of DevOps Engineer at Routable, starting in 2023.

Tim Minnakhmetov obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Izhevsk State Technical University (ISTU) between 2005 and 2010. In addition, they have obtained certifications in "Learning the OWASP Top 10" and "OWASP Top 10: #3 Sensitive Data Exposure and #4 External Entities (XXE)" from LinkedIn in June 2021.
