Rachel Hernandez has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in the field of human resources and people operations. Rachel began their career as a Human Resources Intern at DecisionWise in 2018 before moving on to internships at organizations such as SirsiDynix, Olympia Oral and Maxillo-facial Surgery, and Coder Kids, Inc. in the following years.
