Steph Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer success and strategy operations. Steph is currently working as a Manager of CS Operations & Strategy at Route since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Podium from 2016 to 2021, where they held the positions of Senior Manager of CS Strategy & Operations, Manager of CS Enablement, and Customer Success Manager.
