Sumit Golchha

Sumit Golchha is an experienced professional currently serving as the AVP of Strategy at Route Mobile Limited since June 2021, and previously held the position of Manager - Strategy at the same company. Prior to this, Sumit worked at Nomura as an Associate in Acquisition/Leverage finance from March 2019 to June 2021, and at CRISIL Global Research & Analytics as a Senior Research Analyst from September 2016 to March 2019. Sumit's earlier roles include Assistant Manager at Royal Bank of Scotland Business, where responsibilities involved analysis on a trading desk covering European High Yield, and an Associate in Credit Research at Sutherland Global Services, focusing on credit profiles for high-yield distressed companies. Initial work experience includes a summer training position at the State Bank of India and serving as a Management Trainee at RDB Industries Limited, focusing on corporate compliance. Sumit holds a PGDM in Finance from the Institute for Technology & Management, an ACS from the Institute for Company Secretaries of India, and a B.Com (Hons) in Commerce from Goenka College of Commerce, Kolkata.
