Ali von Paris has a diverse work history. From 2008-2011, they worked as a Fundraising and Marketing Associate at the Literacy Council of Prince George's County, an Intern at Entertainment Consultants, and a Paralegal Assistant at the Law Office of William G Salmond. In 2011, they worked as an Assistant to the Vice President and Account Executive at PSA Insurance & Financial Services, as well as a Street Team Member and Advisor for AThinLine.org Campaign at MTV Networks. Since 2010, they have been the Owner and Founder of Route One Apparel, where they have been a guest speaker at SPLiCE Licensing Summit, a participant in the Goldman Sach's 10,000 Small Business' initiative at Babson College, a top 5 finalist in Cupid's Cup, and has pitched in front of a 500+ member audience. Ali has creatively designed and distributed custom-made apparel in over 70 different product categories, managed a 35-member team, maintained an e-commerce website with over 250,000 unique customers, maintained a strong presence at the top sales events across state on a month-to-month basis, maintained a wholesale relationship with over 150+ brick-and-mortar partnerships across the state, and partnered up with other businesses to host philanthropy events and custom product launches. Ali has also been featured in many articles and is a part of the Dingman Entrepreneurship Community.

Ali von Paris obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business between 2008 and 2012. In 2016, Ali became a Board Member of the Maryland Tourism Coalition Inc. and in 2017, Ali became a Board Member of Preservation Maryland and the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
