Victoria Reid

Victoria Reid has extensive experience in customer service and administrative leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Administrative Services at Route To Market Consulting Ltd since August 2021, Victoria previously held multiple roles at Catalyst Housing Limited from July 2014 to April 2020, including Quality Assurance Lead, Contact Center Manager, and Customer Service Team Leader. Prior to that, Victoria worked at Aviva from January 2005 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing a team of customer service advisors and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Victoria's educational background includes high school studies at Stow College, Lenzie Academy, and St Ninians High School.
