Fabio Pavan

Fabio Pavan has over 13 years of work experience. In 2010, they began working for BRF as a Trade Marketing Coordinator, Sales Supervisor, and Corporate Trainee. In 2013, they moved to JBS as a National Key Account Manager. In 2015, they took a sabbatical year. In 2016, they joined Abrasel as a Sales Director. In 2017, they moved to Prudential as Head of Sales Operations. In 2020, they joined GeekHunter as Head of Sales and Customer Success and FINN Seguros as Head of Sales and Customer Success. In 2022, they took a pause in their career to pursue personal projects studying ocean navigation. Currently, they are an Account Manager at RoutEasy.

Fabio Pavan obtained their MBA (Extension) from Youngstown State University in 2013, followed by an Executive MBA from FIA Business School in 2012-2013. Fabio also holds a degree in Engenharia de Produção Mecânica from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, obtained between 2004-2008. Additionally, they have a Yellow Belt certification from BRF.
