Jucilayne Alves

Jucilayne Alves has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles and industries. Jucilayne started their career in 2007 as an Atendente de Restaurante at McDonald's, where they worked until 2009. In 2012, they joined GEP as an Associada de Atendimento Responsável, holding the position until 2013. Jucilayne then transitioned to a managerial role at Gap, starting as a Líder de Área from November 2013 to October 2017. After that, they became a Gerente de Loja at Gap, responsible for store operations, team leadership, inventory management, and financial performance improvement until September 2019.

In 2020, Jucilayne took on the position of Gerente de Loja at Cia de Moda, where they worked until December of the same year. Jucilayne then joined MOB as a Gerente de Loja in December 2020 and held the position until February 2023. Currently, Jucilayne is an SDR (Sales Development Representative) at RoutEasy, starting in February 2023. Throughout their professional journey, they have gained valuable experience in team management, operations, customer service, and sales.

From 2013 to 2015, Jucilayne Alves attended Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Tecnologia em Marketing.
