Luan Dantas is currently working as an SDR PL II at RoutEasy, focusing on organic search for new closing opportunities and setting new OKRs. Previously, Luan worked as an SDR JR at Holu Solar, where Luan optimized the qualification process for new accounts and saw a significant increase in process efficiency. Before that, Luan worked as an Account Executive at Mendes E Nascimento Corretora, negotiating with health insurance companies and clients. Luan started their professional journey as a Jovem Aprendiz Administrativo at CEJAM. Luan is currently pursuing a degree in Law at Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and has obtained additional certifications in decision-making, negotiation, and sales development.
