Lucas Morais has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Lucas began their career as an Aprendiz at General Motors in 2013, followed by a Mensageiro at Jobcenter do Brasil Ltda. in 2014. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Fundação do ABC as an Analista de Tecnico Pleno III, Auxiliar Administrativo, and Técnico de Suporte. Most recently, they have been working as a Support Analyst at RoutEasy since 2021, providing complete software support and basic training on the platform. Lucas has also handled and managed tickets in the Zendesk platform.
