Maurício Bissi

Maurício Bissi has over 13 years of experience in logistics and supply chain. Maurício started their career in 2007 as a Logistics and Project Analyst at Grammer AG, where they conducted surveys and data analysis for the restructuring of logistics processes linked to the warehouse of the company. In 2009, they joined ILOS - Especialistas em Logística e Supply Chain as a Logistics Consultant, where they were responsible for consulting projects in logistics and supply chain, from design of the working plan until its final delivery. Maurício also managed and developed an analyst's team, developed technical proposals for consulting projects and analysts assessment. In 2012, they became a Member of JCI Dublin, an international organization of young professionals and entrepreneurs with the aim and purpose of generating positive change in the world. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Manager and Senior Consultant at EY. In 2016, they founded and became COO/CPO of Routeasy, a team of logistics and supply chain professionals that seeks operational results above average. In 2022, Maurício will join Endeavor Brasil as a part of the Endeavor Scale-Up 2022.

Maurício Bissi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos - UFSCar between 2005 and 2009.
