Vanessa Carlim is currently the Head of People at Multisoftware by nstech and also holds the same position at RoutEasy. Prior to their current roles, Vanessa worked at unico IDtech as the Manager and Team Leader of PeopleX. Vanessa has experience in tech recruitment and talent acquisition, having worked as a Tech Recruiter Specialist, Senior Tech Recruiter, and Leader of Talent Acquisition at various companies. Vanessa holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology, a degree in Psychology, a postgraduate degree in Strategic People Management, and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Strategic Business Management.
