Helen Cuthill is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the People Director at Routes Healthcare since July 2022. Previously, Helen held various HR leadership positions, including Head of HR for UK & Ireland at HellermannTyton Ltd and Senior HR Manager for Europe and APAC at Radial Corp. Helen's expertise includes developing and implementing HR strategic plans, managing organizational change, and providing guidance on employment legislation. Helen also has a strong background in supporting educational institutions through HR initiatives, having served as Director of Human Resources at SHARE Multi Academy Trust. Helen possesses a BSc (Hons) in Psychology & Biology from De Montfort University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
