Narinder Singh is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience leading prominent organizations in the care sector. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Routes Healthcare since June 2024, Narinder has previously held CEO positions at The Fremantle Trust, Allied Healthcare, Complete Care, and MiHomecare, driving quality and operational excellence across various health-related services. Additional leadership experience includes a role as Trustee Treasurer at the National Activity Providers Association and Chief Operating Officer at Regard UK. Narinder's career began at BUPA Care Services as a Regional Manager, and academic credentials include an Executive MBA from the University of Leeds and a BSc in Systems Modelling from Sheffield Hallam University.
