Routes to Work
Robyn Conroy has a diverse background in support and recruitment roles, currently serving as a Caseworker at Routes to Work since February 2021. Prior to this position, Robyn worked as a Key Worker at Remploy Ltd, focusing on identifying occupational directions and supporting candidates both before and after employment. Additional experience includes a role as Lead Recruiter at Sitel and various positions at Virgin Media, culminating in the role of Customer Relations Manager. Robyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of the West of Scotland, earned between 2015 and 2018, and completed education at Dalziel High School from 2005 to 2010.

Routes To Work are a registered charity founded in 2002, offering a free, confidential service helping unemployed residents in the North Lanarkshire to access opportunities in employment, education and training. With the help of local businesses, we prepare and place our clients into sustainable employment. We offer a bespoke and free recruitment service to businesses, working in collaboration to create positive economic and social impact in North Lanarkshire.
