Eric Heer

Eric Heer has extensive experience in sales engineering and telecommunications, currently serving as the Sales Engineering Manager for the Alpine and Benelux regions at Avaya since December 2009. Previously, Eric held various roles at Avaya, including Sales Engineering Manager for the Alpine Cluster and Channel Account Manager for Switzerland and EU South. Prior experience includes roles at Tenovis as a Pre-Sales professional, Bosch Telecom as a Project Manager and System Specialist, and Siemens, where Eric began as a Telecommunications Engineer.
