Khan Khoda has extensive experience in the telecommunications and cloud services industry, currently serving as a Cloud Solution Support Engineer at Avaya since March 2020, where responsibilities include acting as an escalation point for service delivery teams and managing critical issue resolutions for Avaya Enterprise Cloud accounts. Prior roles include Senior UC Solutions Engineer at Avaya, Service Delivery Senior Consultant positions at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and various engineering and support roles at HP and DHL. Khan began a career in network engineering with Sycamore Networks after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, later obtaining a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
