Marko Balen is currently a Business Development Manager for the Nordics, Eastern Europe, Greece, and Israel at Avaya. Previously, Marko served as an Eastern Europe Client Principal and a Client Principal at Avaya. From 2004 to 2010, Marko was the Head of the CRM Information Support Work Unit at TMHR.
