Aaron Nuffer began their career in 2001 as a Quality Training Manager at Tele Atlas, where they served as the company's trainer, quality advisor, and mapping/GIS database attribute expert for the Northwest region and western Canada. Aaron also provided extensive hands-on training and continuing education for the company's field employees, performed reviews and needs assessments of 12 employees' field work, and examined digital map databases for accuracy and completeness. In 2004, Aaron joined HERE as a Geographic Analyst. In 2005, they began working at RouteSmart Technologies as an Implementation Consultant, managing the implementation of dozens of new client engagements and training users in the postal delivery, newspaper, public works, and utility industries. Aaron also provided oversight and regular interaction with utility and postal clients to ensure success with RouteSmart's products and services, and created numerous procedures and documents to enable better communication and understanding of complex route optimization concepts, streamline processes, and ensure successful tracking of client goals and key performance indicators.

Aaron Nuffer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geographic Information Systems from Brigham Young University between 1998 and 2001. Aaron also attended Reynolds High School between 1991 and 1995. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, such as Business Fundamentals for Customer Success Managers, Engagement Evaluation Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices for Customer Success Management, Value Realization Best Practices for Customer Success Management, ArcGIS Pro Foundation 2101, Customer Success Management Fundamentals, and RouteSmart Certified Routing Professional.
