Jeannie Merson has over 30 years of experience in finance and human resources management. Jeannie began their career in 1990 as Accounting and Human Resources Manager at Novatec, Inc. where they were responsible for preparing a monthly financial package, managing month-end closings, and processing and maintaining all payroll and personnel records. In 2007, they joined RouteSmart Technologies, Inc. as Office Manager where they provided administrative support in all areas of accounting and human resource management. This included preparing and processing daily accounting operations, preparing monthly financial statements and analyses, and government and state reports. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Finance and HR Operations at RouteSmart Technologies and was responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of accounting, human resources, and administration. Jeannie also played a key role in supporting the annual budgeting and financial forecasting and served as a liaison with both internal and outside auditors.
Jeannie Merson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2001 and 2007.
