Nikunj Patel

Nikunj Patel has been working in the IT industry since 2006. Nikunj began their career at Syntelic Solutions Corporation as a Senior Product Analyst, where they provided product, technical and operational support for customers running an enterprise application. Nikunj'sresponsibilities included analyzing and prioritizing customer support issues, developing and delivering solutions, and aiding existing and prospective customers with hardware and software recommendations.

In 2015, Nikunj joined RouteSmart Technologies as a SaaS Delivery and Support professional. In this role, they provided product, technical and operational support for all of RouteSmart's SaaS products and services and worked diligently to ensure that all systems were performing and available. Nikunj also confirmed that service level agreements, including uptime, resolution time and quality standards, were being met, and provided after-hours support and site monitoring for SaaS products.

Nikunj Patel attended Capitol Technology University from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Management of Information Technology. In 2016, they obtained a RouteSmart Online Certified Routing Professional certification from RouteSmart Technologies.
