Pam Sykes

Pam Sykes is a seasoned content strategist and storyteller with extensive experience in digital storytelling, content strategy, and multimedia production. Currently serving as the Lead Content Strategist at Routific since October 2021, Pam previously held roles such as Content Projects Specialist at Right on the Line and Lead Facilitator at Digital Storytelling South Africa. As an Independent Consultant from 2004 to 2020, Pam specialized in helping organizations articulate their narratives effectively. Academically accomplished, Pam earned a PhD in History from the University of the Western Cape in 2020, focusing on digital storytelling. Additionally, Pam has co-founded Infonomics South Africa, produced the Ekoneni podcast, and held various writing and editorial positions throughout a diverse career in content and research.
