Pavel Klachkou

Pavel Klachkou is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in Salesforce solutions and architecture. Currently serving as the CTO and Founder of Routine Automation since November 2019, Pavel manages high-performing teams and oversees project execution to ensure quality and timely delivery. As a self-employed Salesforce Tech Lead and Architect since January 2018, Pavel has designed scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures for various clients. Previously, Pavel held the position of Lead Salesforce Engineer at SUMO Scheduler and VRP Consulting, where complex Salesforce solutions were implemented. Earlier experience includes working as a Microsoft Dynamic AX Developer at Ciklum, focusing on solutions for MS Dynamics AX 2012 R3. Pavel's educational background includes training from Trailhead by Salesforce, courses on Coursera, and a degree from Warsaw University of Technology.
