Pat Kelly

Pat Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the customer contact and performance management industry. Pat is currently the CEO at Routinify, a cloud-based employee performance management solutions provider. Prior to Routinify, Kelly served as the interim CEO and board member at Performix Technologies, which was acquired by Nice Systems in 2006.Kelly also served as the director of the customer contact business unit at Cisco Systems and the founder and CEO of OnState Communications, which was acquired by TeleTech Holdings in 2012. Prior to their work in the customer contact industry, Kelly held various positions at Fidelity Investments from 1986 to 1994, including director. Kelly is a founding team member and former VP of product and international sales at GeoTel Communications.
