Andrew (Andy) Zdon has more than 30 years of experience in a variety of geology and hydrogeology-related projects. He is a California Professional Geologist, Certified Hydrogeologist, and Certified Engineering Geologist, and is also a licensed Geologist in Arizona and Utah. Mr. Zdon was also appointed in 2013 by the Inyo County Superior Court as Watermaster for a surface water system in the Owens Valley.
