Mr. Proce is the Petroleum-Energy Practice Area Leader, Vice President, and Principal Hydrogeologist with over eighteen years’ experience in environmental assessment, remediation, and risk management. He holds a M.S. in Hydrogeology from Wright State University and is a Professional Geologist (P.G.) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
