Jessica Taylor

Principal Hydrogeologist at Roux Associates, Inc.

Ms. Taylor is a New York State registered Professional Geologist with over 15 years of experience in environmental assessment, remediation, and brownfield redevelopment support. She holds a B.S. in Geology from Binghamton University. Her areas of expertise include providing environmental consulting services and strategic planning to the real estate industry focused on brownfield redevelopment projects, especially on projects with large-scale soil excavation and disposal requirements. Ms. Taylor has supervised remediation and closure of sites in the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) Brownfields Cleanup Program (BCP), State Superfund Program, Spills Program, New York City Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation (NYC OER) Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP), and E-designation Program. She has also performed Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) at sites throughout New York and New Jersey to support acquisitions and due diligence for single assets and large portfolios.
